Neighbor to Neighbor:
Neighbor to Neighbor is a program that runs three days a week, Wed- Fri, and offers breakfast to 70 homeless men and women each day and a community center setting for all who come. In addition, on Thursday we offer financial assistance with the goal of assisting people to acquire the documentation they need in order to move forward on achieving their goals. We also offer individual case management aimed at assisting people in accessing services and advocating for them with other service providers and agencies, creating and following a plan.
9:00am - Lottery outside for financial assitance (see below)

9:30am - 10:00am - Breakfast and announcments
10:00am - 1:00pm - Financial assistance, computer lab, coffee and fellowship, case management, resource referrals, local phone calls
1:00pm - Doors close
Direct Assistance:
On Thursdays, financial assistance is offered for IDs, Birth Certificates, and Rx Co-pays. Individuals are eligible once per month for these services. Our financial assistance, although limited, is aimed at helping our neighbors achieve goals of gaining stability and moving out of homelessness.

Art from the Streets:
Art from the Streets uses the Trinity Center facility to operate an open studio and art class for artists who are homeless. Contact AFTS for more details.
