Presented as part of Austin's 2011 Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, the Downtown Service Provider Crawl will spotlight the four major service providers in the downtown area: Trinity Center, Front Steps (ARCH), Salvation Army, and Caritas. Participants will take an interactive walking tour to follow in the footsteps of a person or family experiencing homelessness. Experience the emotional component of seeking assistance while in a safe, controlled environment.

(Think pub crawl; but, minus the beer and focused on social service community education!)
