A Heartfelt Thank You & Video Spotlight

Updated: Oct 27, 2025

For its second year, Trinity Center served the downtown community as a Cooling Center—a refuge and place of rest for our unhoused neighbors during the hottest months and most dangerous hours of the day. For three months, our incredible staff and volunteers showed up with compassion, endurance, and love, creating a space where people could find safety, hydration, showers, meals, human connection, and more. What began as a response to extreme heat has become something far more meaningful—a reminder that dignity, rest, and care are essential, not optional.

As we close this year’s Cooling Center initiative, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to every staff member, volunteer group, and supporter who made it possible. Together, we served thousands of visits and met critical needs that go far beyond physical relief. We reminded our neighbors—and ourselves—that community means showing up when it matters most. Thank you for being part of this work and for helping Trinity Center remain a place of hope, welcome, and belonging in the heart of downtown Austin.

We are excited to share the video below, which highlights the amazing work we accomplished this summer. Thank You.

If this project moved you, you already understand how vital it is to give our unhoused neighbors hope, connection, and a place where they feel truly loved. The hottest days may be winding down, but we’re still here—serving our neighbors in every way we can—and we still need your support to keep that love and care going.

I recently came across the Beef Season 2 Josh Martín Cat Print Sweater and honestly, it’s such a unique piece. The cat jacquard design gives it a playful yet stylish vibe that stands out without trying too hard. It reminds me of those subtle fashion moments in shows that quietly steal attention.

Citations from bebee I utilized Employment Agencies for my job search, and my experience was quite positive. The staff was professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my skills and career goals. They provided valuable resources and guidance throughout the application process, which made me feel supported. The communication was clear and timely, ensuring I was always informed about potential opportunities. I appreciated their personalized approach, which set them apart from other agencies I have used in the past. Overall, I would recommend bebee Employment Agencies to anyone seeking dedicated assistance in finding employment.

Really enjoyed reading this post — the way you highlighted your team’s efforts and community impact was inspiring. It’s wonderful to see such thoughtful work being recognized. I recently came across a similar discussion on a review blog, https://gocollectiv.com/, and it offered an interesting perspective as well.

Wow!! What a collection you have. It's surely recommendable. You also may know about the passengers with health or breathing concerns often ask which airlines provide inflight oxygen before planning air travel. Most commercial airlines today do not supply personal oxygen cylinders for routine use, but they do accommodate passengers who require oxygen by allowing approved portable oxygen concentrators (POCs) onboard.

Travelers often use online platforms to stay informed about their journeys. Checking flight status george bush intercontinental airport iah allows passengers to monitor arrivals, departures, delays, and gate information in real time. This helps with planning transportation, coordinating pickups, and ensuring a smoother experience when navigating Houston’s busy international airport.

Being a small organization allows us to offer a personal, familiar touch as we work with our neighbors each day. We have a staff of only six dedicated people, and we rely on people like you who commit to volunteer shifts weekly. We greet each other as neighbors instead of as providers and clients. We treat our neighbors with dignity and respect. In fact, we feel very proud of the manner in which our staff and volunteers “lead by acceptance,” resulting in neighbors who feel acknowledged and understood, have a sense of ownership of Trinity Center, and consider it their community center. Neighbors rely on us when they have nowhere else to go. As one of our neighbors have stated, “Trinity Center is a light in dark times. My spirit feels at peace here, and I feel I am part of the family because of the way you accept me and love me here".
