Welcome to our Operations Coordinator

William Day has joined Trinity Center as the Operations Coordinator.

William will be overlooking the day-to-day activities of the center to help us effectively provide services to our neighbors.

Before joining the Trinity Center staff, William worked as a bartender at The University of Texas Club. He was in charge of the communication between kitchen and front of house staff, inventory counts, and creating menus.

William earned his Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Texas in 2020. During his field placement, he gained social work experience through the Goodwill Excel Program with the life coach team. He assisted students with setting goals and creating plans to achieve them to ultimately obtain their diplomas.

While not at the center, William enjoys cooking, watching movies, photography, collecting records, and petting his 3-year-old domestic shorthair cat, Eve.

Congratulations on welcoming your new Operations Coordinator. It is always encouraging to see organizations introducing dedicated team members who help strengthen their mission. I recently came across a conversation mentioning emergency dental clinic etobicoke as an example of a supportive professional team, which made me appreciate this announcement even more. Wishing your organization continued success.

The obstacles in space waves give me a thrilling sense of challenge. I feel both excited and nervous trying to dodge them perfectly.

Trinity Center Austin

Being a small organization allows us to offer a personal, familiar touch as we work with our neighbors each day. We have a staff of only six dedicated people, and we rely on people like you who commit to volunteer shifts weekly. We greet each other as neighbors instead of as providers and clients. We treat our neighbors with dignity and respect. In fact, we feel very proud of the manner in which our staff and volunteers “lead by acceptance,” resulting in neighbors who feel acknowledged and understood, have a sense of ownership of Trinity Center, and consider it their community center. Neighbors rely on us when they have nowhere else to go. As one of our neighbors have stated, “Trinity Center is a light in dark times. My spirit feels at peace here, and I feel I am part of the family because of the way you accept me and love me here".
